After announcing the Jio services and tarrif plans of Jio 4G at Annual General Meeting of Reliance Industries by Mr.Mukesh Ambani, everyone was eager to know how they can change their current network provider to Jio 4G. You can port your current cell number to Reliance Jio by following simple steps.


As of now Reliance Jio 4G's Free Welcome offer is started, you can port into Jio by sending message, written PORT followed by your 10 digit current mobile number to 1900(TRAI's Central Number for Mobile Number Portability). You will get quick response back with your unique port out code.

After that download 'MyJio' app from Google's PlayStore and generate offer code. Visit your nearest Reliance Digital Xpress, Reliance Digital Xpress mini or well known multi-brand Jio stores with the port out code and your Free Welcome offer code generated from 'MyJio' app along with your mobile handset.

You will also need to carry Proof of Identity(Voter ID, Aadhar Card etc.), Proof of Address(Passport, Aadhar Card etc.) and two passport size photographs to get your Jio 4G sim.
